Parking of Commercial Vehicles in Residential Districts:
Three options:
a. Limit the number and placement;
b. Require a special permit;
c. Prohibit outright
a. No residential lot shall have more than one (1) commercial vehicle, trailer or construction equipment parked outside. Said vehicle, trailer or equipment shall be stored in the side or rear yard and shall be setback at least ten feet from a property line and shall be screened by a combination of fence and vegetation from view from adjoining properties.
b. The outdoor parking of commercial vehicle, trailer or construction equipment in residential districts is prohibited, unless authorized by a special permit granted by the Board of Appeals pursuant to the following conditions:
i. Not more than one (1) commercial vehicle, trailer or construction equipment parked outside;
ii. Shall be stored in the side or rear yard;
iii. Shall be setback at least ten feet from any property line.
iv. Shall be screened by a combination of fence and vegetation from view from adjoining properties.
c. The outdoor parking of commercial vehicle, trailer or construction equipment in residential districts is prohibited. This section shall not apply to boats, boat trailers, loaded or unloaded and/ or recreational vehicles.
Parking of Boats and/ or Recreational Vehicles in Residential Districts:

a. The outdoor parking and/or storage of boats, boat trailers, loaded or unloaded and/ or recreational vehicles in residential districts vehicles shall be stored in the side or rear yard and shall be setback at least ten feet from a property line
b. The outdoor parking and/or storage of boats, boat trailers, loaded or unloaded and/ or recreational vehicles in residential districts is prohibited, unless authorized by a special permit granted by the Board of Appeals pursuant to the following conditions:
