NOTE: In compliance with the Governor’s orders with the Covid-19 Virus, we will be hosting the SMMPO meeting remotely and will provide the necessary information for board members to access the meeting from their office or home.  We encourage all parties to participate in the meeting remotely.

 

1. Call to Order and Introductions / Roll Call

2. Public Comments - Opportunity for the public to address the SMMPO

3. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)-

a. Vote to abbreviate 21-day comment period to a 15-day comment period under special circumstances (Roll Call Vote needed to abbreviate 21-day comment period to a 15-day public comment period)

b. Presentation of GATRA Amendment (Materials Attached, Roll Call Vote needed to Release for an abbreviated 15-day public comment period)

4. Vote to Approve the Route 6 Corridor Study

5. Adjourn

PLEASE NOTE: SMMPO members unable to attend may assign a designee who is directly responsible and accountable to the SMMPO member. The designee may vote only with written and signed authorization from the SMMPO member provided before or at the time of the meeting. The SMMPO member can submit an authorization letter to be placed on file for the calendar year only if the same designee is chosen to represent that SMMPO member.
