Regional Transportation Plan - 2012: The Transportation Plan is a comprehensive vision for the future of this region which supports the integration of transportation with land use planning, investment and development.

New Bedford Octopus Study - 2012: The Octopus intersection provides important connections from downtown New Bedford to Fairhaven and Dartmouth via Route 6, as well as to the north and south ends of the city via Pleasant Street. It is the focal point of vehicle and pedestrian traffic for a busy downtown area. It continues to be known as a problem area to many city residents and was officially identified as a congestion issue in the 2012 Regional Transportation Plan.

Signalized Intersections Interactive Map:  This  feature an embedded Google Map of SRPEDD's Signalized Intersections.  Click on a traffic light icon to view level of service (LOS), volume, crash, and delay data as well as general information and pictometry images (bird's-eye views) for each of the map's 355 intersections. 

Updated Top 100 Crash Locations Interactive Map: Click to map presents the most dangerous crash locations from 2006 to 2008 for 27 municipalities in southeastern Massachusetts

SRTA & GATRA Service Area Interactive Maps:  This page features a Google Earth document (KMZ) depicting the SRPEDD region's two transit systems operated by the Greater Taunton Attleboro Regional Transit Authority (GATRA) and Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA).

Lane Departure Road Safety Audits:  The Federal Highway Administration defines a Road Safety Audit(RSA) as the formal safety examination of a road or intersection by an independent, multi disciplinary team.  The purpose of an RSA is to determine specific safety issues and ultimately identify measures to address them, with the primary objective being to save lives and reduce injuries.
