Location: Wareham Industrial District, from the south side of I-495 (after Exit 2) heading southwesterly to Bay Colony freight line, south along the freight line to its intersection with Main Street, along Main Street to the west side of I-195, north along I-195 to the intersection of I-495 heading north on the south side of I-495 to a point before Exit 2.
