Wareham has identified nine sites for economic development including a proposed conference center, village centers, commercial strips, industrial park and several interchange locations. These site are composed of Economic Opportunity Areas and Priority Development Areas. Principal highways are Route 6, Route 28 and Route 25 which connects to Interstate 495.
